Position: MCED Sales – Regional Business Director (RBD)

Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed regional Caris Detect sales, adoption, and growth targets.
- Align enterprise strategy to regional execution; surface market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
- Analyze performance, pipeline, and utilization trends to identify opportunities/risks.
- Develop and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for sales strategy, forecasting, outcomes, and growth initiatives.
- Lead, train, and develop a team (6–9 Account Managers and Early Detection Specialists); drive accountability to volume and revenue via clinical selling, strategic planning, and executive engagement.
- Lead DTP/DTC engagement strategies to influence clinical decision-making, drive appropriate test utilization, and support integration into clinical care pathways.
- Maintain knowledge of products/services, technology solutions, and reimbursement/billing.
- Build/maintain senior relationships with strategic accounts (e.g., CEO/CMO/COO/CFO, directors, lab leadership).
- Partner with internal Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, Laboratory, IT, and Payer teams.
- Submit required administrative reports/documentation; maintain assigned company assets; support meetings/trade shows; perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/business/related).
- 5+ years early detection/oncology diagnostics/precision medicine/complex healthcare sales.
- 5+ years people leadership with direct accountability.
- Understanding physician relationships and oncology care needs.
- Success managing strategic/enterprise healthcare accounts.
- Strong communication/relationship-building; ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- Self-directed, analytical, organized; CRM/reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
- Root cause analysis/problem management; understanding healthcare business policies.
- Valid driver’s license/vehicle/insurance; ~50% field time.

Preferred:
- MBA/advanced degree; experience with early detection/diagnostic tech; strategic account/project management; academic/IDN or longevity concierge experience; based in AZ, Bay Area, or SoCal.
