Position Summary
- Lead MCED Sales growth regionally for Caris Detect; own strategic, executive-level customer relationships. Directly lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–9 (Account Managers and Early Detection Specialists) and manage a portfolio of strategic/complex accounts.

Job Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed regional sales revenue, adoption, and growth targets.
- Align enterprise strategy with regional execution; provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
- Analyze performance, pipeline, and utilization trends to identify opportunities/risks.
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for strategy, forecasting, outcomes, and initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team; drive accountability for volume and revenue via clinical selling and executive engagement.
- Lead DTP/DTC engagement to influence clinical decision-making and appropriate test utilization.
- Maintain knowledge of internal/competitive products, services, technology solutions, and reimbursement/billing.
- Establish senior relationships (e.g., CEO/CMO/COO/CFO and lab leadership); partner with internal Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, Laboratory, IT, and Payer teams.
- Submit required administrative reports; maintain company assets; support meetings/trade shows; other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences, business, or related).
- 5+ years in early detection/oncology diagnostics/precision medicine/complex healthcare sales.
- 5+ years people leadership with accountability for team performance.
- Strong knowledge of physician relationships and oncology care service/technology delivery.
- Experience managing strategic/enterprise healthcare accounts; works well in complex matrix environments.
- Strong communication and influence skills; self-directed, analytical, organized.
- CRM/reporting tools and Microsoft Office; problem/process/root-cause analysis.
- Understanding of healthcare business policies.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~50%.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/advanced degree; early detection/diagnostic tech experience.
- Strategic account/project management experience; experience with academic medical centers/large IDNs/longevity concierge networks.
- Based in AZ, San Francisco Bay Area, or Southern California.

Annual Hiring Range
- $200,000–$230,000.
