Position Summary
The MCED Sales – Regional Business Director (RBD) drives regional MCED growth and owns strategic, executive-level relationships for Caris Detect. Leads and coaches a team of 6–9 Account Managers and Early Detection Specialists; owns relationships with strategic/complex accounts.

Job Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed regional sales revenue, adoption, and growth targets.
- Align enterprise strategy with regional execution; surface insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
- Analyze regional performance, pipeline, and utilization to find opportunities/risks.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) covering sales strategy, forecasting, outcomes, and growth initiatives.
- Build/train/lead the team; drive accountability for volume and revenue through clinical selling and executive engagement.
- Lead DTP/DTC engagement to influence clinical decision-making and appropriate test utilization.
- Maintain product/technology and reimbursement/billing knowledge.
- Establish/maintain senior relationships (CEO/CMO/COO/CFO/Directors/Lab Leadership).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, Laboratory, IT, Payer).
- Complete required administrative documentation; maintain company assets; provide meeting/trade show support; perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences/business/related).
- 5+ years in early detection/oncology diagnostics/precision medicine/complex healthcare sales.
- 5+ years people leadership with accountability for team performance.
- Strong physician-relationship and oncology care solution understanding.
- Experience managing strategic/enterprise healthcare accounts.
- Ability in a complex matrixed environment.
- Strong communication/relationship-building; influencer mindset.
- Self-directed, analytical/organizational; multi-priority/time-management.
- CRM/reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
- Problem management/process analysis/root cause analysis.
- Understanding of healthcare business policies.
- Valid driver’s license/vehicle/insurance meeting requirements.
- ~50% field time.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/advanced degree.
- Early detection or diagnostic technology experience.
- Strategic account/project management experience.
- Experience with academic medical centers/large IDNs/longevity concierge networks.

Additional
- Periodic travel; may include evenings/weekends/holidays.
- Hiring range: $200,000–$230,000.
- Must complete pre-employment process.
