Position Summary
The MCED Sales – Regional Business Director (RBD) drives regional MCED growth and owns strategic, executive-level customer relationships for Caris Detect, leading and coaching a team of 6–9 Account Managers and Early Detection Specialists.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed regional sales revenue, adoption, and growth targets.
- Align enterprise priorities with regional execution; surface market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
- Analyze performance, pipeline, and utilization trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for strategy, forecasting, outcomes, and growth initiatives.
- Build/train/lead the sales team; drive accountability to volume and revenue through clinical selling, strategic account planning, and executive engagement.
- Lead DTP/DTC engagement strategies to influence clinical decision-making and support integration into care pathways.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and reimbursement/billing.
- Establish senior-level relationships with strategic accounts; partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, Laboratory, IT, and Payer teams.
- Submit required administrative documentation; maintain assigned assets; support meetings/trade shows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences, business, or related).
- 5+ years early detection/oncology diagnostics/precision medicine/complex healthcare sales.
- 5+ years proven people leadership with direct accountability.
- Strong physician relationship and oncology care understanding.
- Success managing strategic/enterprise healthcare accounts.
- Ability in complex, matrixed environment; strong communication and relationship-building.
- Analytical/organizational skills; CRM/reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
- Root cause/process analysis abilities; knowledge of healthcare business policies.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to spend ~50% time in field.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/advanced degree; experience with early detection/diagnostic technologies.
- Strategic account and/or project management; experience with academic medical centers, large IDNs, or concierge networks.
