Regional Business Director, Long Term Care (Louisiana Region)

Role: Regional Business Director (RBD), Long Term Care (LTC) at Axsome Therapeutics, leading LTC commercial activities within an assigned geographical area. Objectives include launching and growing LTC sales, establishing and managing a team of LTC Account Managers, and executing strategic marketing plans. Responsibilities: oversee regional LTC operations, drive sales results, develop talent, and coordinate with Market Access teams to optimize market penetration in LTC settings. Develop regional business plans, manage P&L, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements: BA/BS with 5+ years of leadership in pharma/biotech or medical sales, with LTC or hospital/health system experience; proven success in leading teams, coaching, and launching products. Preferred: experience in psychiatry, digital marketing skills, and market access knowledge. High-Value: LTC/hospital sales leadership, experience with product launches, psychiatry background preferred, and digital marketing aptitude. Work setup: field-based with travel as needed; live within the territory.
