As the Regional Business Director (RBD), you will:
- Implement and execute the Electrophysiology commercial strategy by managing sales and clinical personnel to maximize profitable sales growth.
- Drive top-line regional sales results; define and manage monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Meet and exceed regional sales targets; provide accurate forecasts; develop and execute tactical sales plans (quotas and account objectives); partner with Area Director on commercial strategies.
- Manage the regional budget.
- Coach and manage regional pods (Territory Managers, Clinical Account Specialists, Ultrasound Specialist).
- Implement commercial, field training, and product/services marketing strategies and tactics.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent (selection, performance management, succession/development/retention planning).
- Assess clinical, technical, and commercial skills; develop strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Execute organizational development and change; participate in US Sales & Field Services leadership.
- Drive team engagement; ensure adherence to company programs, policies, and procedures (e.g., pricing models, expense reporting, compensation, healthcare compliance).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree minimum.
- 5+ years professional experience; 3+ years in Medical Device Industry.
- 3+ years US Medical Device Sales/Marketing or 2 years Sales Management experience in Cardiovascular.
- 2+ years business experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Valid US driverโs license.
- Preference to live within the territory.

- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
