As the Regional Business Director (RBD), you will:
- Implement and execute the Electrophysiology commercial strategy by managing sales and clinical personnel and activities to maximize profitable sales growth.
- Drive top-line regional sales results per business plan, including defining and managing monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Meet and exceed regional sales targets; provide accurate sales forecasts; develop and execute tactical sales plans (quotas and account objectives); partner with Area Director on commercial strategies.
- Manage the Regional budget.
- Coach and directly manage performance of regional pods (Territory Managers, Clinical Account Specialists, Ultrasound Specialist).
- Implement commercial, field training, and product/service marketing strategies and tactics.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent in the region.
- Assess clinical, technical, and commercial skills; build strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Execute organizational development and change; participate on US Sales & Field Services leadership team.
- Create team engagement and motivation; ensure adherence to company programs/policies/procedures (e.g., pricing models, expense reporting, compensation, healthcare compliance).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree minimum.
- 5+ years professional experience; minimum 3 years in medical device industry.
- Minimum 3 years sales or marketing experience in US medical device industry, or 2 years prior sales management experience in the Cardiovascular industry.
- Minimum 2 years business experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Preferred: field trainer or project leadership.
- Travel up to 50%.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license.
- Preference to live within the territory.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
