Regional Business Director (Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota) Johnson and Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology

Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute Electrophysiology commercial strategy by managing sales and clinical personnel and activities to maximize profitable growth.
- Drive regional top-line sales results per business plan, including defining/managing monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Meet/exceed regional sales targets; provide accurate forecasts; develop/execute tactical sales plans with quotas and account objectives; partner with Area Director on commercial strategies.
- Manage the regional budget.
- Coach and directly manage regional teams (Territory Managers, Clinical Account Specialists, Ultrasound Specialist).
- Implement commercial, field training, and product/services marketing strategies.
- Recruit, develop, and retain regional talent (selection, performance management, succession/development/retention planning).
- Assess team clinical/technical/commercial skills; develop strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Execute organizational development and change; participate in US Sales & Field Services leadership.
- Create team engagement/motivation; ensure adherence to company programs/policies/procedures (e.g., pricing models, expense reporting, compensation, healthcare compliance).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree minimum.
- 5+ years professional experience; 3+ years Medical Device Industry.
- 3+ years Sales/Marketing in US medical device industry OR 2 years prior Sales Management in Cardiovascular.
- 2+ years business experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Valid US driverโs license.
- Prefer to live within the territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
- Experience as a field trainer or project leadership.
