Role Summary
Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (Southeast) leads a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across the Southeast region, developing and executing a aligned business plan to drive compliant product sales growth and manage account performance. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and strategic stakeholder engagement to optimize access and outcomes for dermatology accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team to maximize sales opportunities and secure resources to maximize results.
- Develop and execute an aligned business plan aligned with Janssen brand strategies, delivering sales growth and meeting marketplace needs.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to establish relationships, access, and operating networks for positive business interactions.
- Coach and retain team members with expertise in the Janssen business, healthcare marketplace, and account management.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer-centric and company-responsible outcomes, aligned with the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
- Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.
Qualifications
- Required: Seven (7) years of related experience, including a minimum of five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics, Business Development).
- Required: Prior direct people management / leadership experience.
- Required: Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high-performing, diverse teams.
- Required: Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles.
- Required: Valid US Driverβs License.
- Preferred: Live within the regional geography.
- Preferred: Cross-functional experience beyond sales and Sales Learning & Development.
- Preferred: Healthcare or pharmaceuticals experience.
- Preferred: Prior sales experience as a professional sales representative or District Manager.
- Preferred: Direct experience in in-line Marketing and/or Strategic Marketing/Marketing Access.
- Preferred: Sales or Marketing experience in Dermatology.
