Role Summary

Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology for the South Central region (Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, Fort Worth, El Paso, St. Louis, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Tulsa). Field-based leadership role responsible for leading and developing a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across Janssen Biotechโ€™s Dermatology accounts, with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a diverse team to maximize sales opportunities and achieve results.
  • Develop and execute an aligned business plan to deliver compliant product sales growth and volume objectives, addressing customer and marketplace needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to optimize access and build effective operating networks.
  • Coach and retain team members with competency in the Janssen business and the healthcare marketplace.
  • Guide stakeholders to build mutual alignment and achieve customer-centric outcomes in line with J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
  • Set account goals, oversee account metrics and overall business performance.

Qualifications

  • Required: Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles; prior direct people management experience; ability to lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams; demonstrated commercial success; valid US driverโ€™s license.
  • Preferred: Residence within the regional geography; cross-functional experience beyond Sales/L&D; healthcare/pharmaceutical background; prior professional sales orDistrict Manager experience; experience in inline Marketing/Strategic Marketing/Marketing Access; dermatology sales/marketing experience.
