Role Summary
Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (Northeast) leading a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across the Northeast region, developing and executing a regional business plan to drive compliant product sales growth and market access, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team to maximize sales opportunities and achieve results.
- Develop and execute an aligned business plan aligned to Janssen brand strategies, addressing customer and market needs.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to build access, relationships, and effective operating networks.
- Coach and retain talent; develop District Managers and Sales Specialists on critical business competencies and leadership imperatives.
- Coach stakeholders to achieve mutual alignment and customer-centric outcomes in line with J&J Credo and guidelines.
- Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.
Qualifications
- Required: Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles; prior direct people management/leadership experience; ability to lead and develop high performing, diverse teams; demonstrated commercial capabilities; valid US Driverβs License.
- Preferred: Live within regional geography; cross-functional experience beyond Sales; healthcare/pharmaceutical experience; prior sales or district management experience; in-line/marketing/marketing access experience; dermatology sales/marketing experience.
