Role Summary
Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (NORTHEAST) leading a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across the Northeast region, accountable for developing and executing a regional business plan to drive compliant sales growth and maximize opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for leading their team to maximize sales opportunities and align resources to maximize results.
- Develop and execute an aligned business plan meeting Janssenโs brand strategies, delivering sales growth and meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to optimize access and establish effective operating networks.
- Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team skilled in the Janssen business and account management.
- Coach others to align with stakeholders and achieve customer-centric, company-responsible outcomes, adhering to the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
- Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.
Qualifications
- Required: Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles.
- Required: Prior direct people management / leadership experience.
- Required: Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams.
- Required: Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior roles.
- Required: Valid US Driverโs License.
- Preferred: Live within the regional geography.
- Preferred: Cross-functional experience beyond sales and L&D.
- Preferred: Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience.
- Preferred: Prior sales experience as a professional representative or District Manager.
- Preferred: Experience in in-line Marketing and/or Strategic Marketing/Marketing Access.
- Preferred: Dermatology sales/marketing experience.
