Role Summary
Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (Midwest) leads a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across the Midwest region, developing and executing business plans to achieve sales growth and market objectives within Janssenโs Dermatology accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, coach, and retain a diverse team responsible for Dermatology sales across the region.
- Develop and execute an aligned business plan to deliver compliant product sales growth and volume objectives.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to establish access, relationships, and effective operating networks.
- Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.
- Drive resources and opportunities to maximize sales outcomes in a collaborative, customer-centric manner.
- Maintain adherence to the J&J Credo and healthcare compliance guidelines in all activities.
Qualifications
- Required: Seven (7) years of related experience, including at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles; prior direct people management/leadership experience; ability to lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams; demonstrated commercial capabilities; valid US driverโs license.
- Preferred: Residence within the regional geography; cross-functional experience beyond sales; healthcare/pharmaceutical experience; prior sales or district management experience; experience in in-line or strategic marketing/Marketing Access; dermatology sales/marketing experience.
