Role Summary
Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (Midwest) leads and develops a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across Janssen Biotechโs Dermatology accounts in the Midwest, driving sales growth and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, motivate, coach, and retain a diverse team with expertise in Janssen business, healthcare marketplace, and account management.
- Develop and execute an aligned business plan delivering compliant product sales growth and volume objectives while addressing customer and market needs.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to optimize access and establish effective operating networks.
- Set account goals and oversee account metrics and overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Required: Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles; prior direct people management experience; ability to lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams; demonstrated commercial capabilities; valid US driverโs license.
- Preferred: Live within the regional geography; cross-functional experience beyond Sales; healthcare/pharmaceutical experience; prior sales or DM experience; experience in inline/strategic marketing or marketing access; dermatology sales/marketing experience.
