Role Summary
Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (MIDWEST) leading a team across Dermatology accounts in a Midwest region, developing and executing regional business plans, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, coach, and retain a diverse team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists.
- Develop and execute an aligned business plan delivering compliant product sales growth and volume objectives.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to develop optimal access and establish effective operating networks.
- Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.
Qualifications
- Required: Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles.
- Required: Prior direct people management / leadership experience.
- Required: Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams.
- Required: Demonstrated commercial capabilities in prior roles.
- Required: Valid US Driverβs License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Live within the regional geography.
- Cross-functional experience beyond sales and sales learning & development.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience; prior in-line or marketing/marketing access experience.
- Sales or marketing experience in Dermatology.
