Regional Business Director (Fort Worth, Texas/West Texas) Johnson and Johnson, MedTech Electrophysiology

Responsibilities:
- Implement/execut(e) the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth.
- Drive top-line sales results; define and manage monthly and annual sales objectives; meet/exceed sales and profit targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts; develop and execute tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
- Manage the regionβs expense budget.
- Coach and manage Territory Managers (TMs) and EP/ULS Clinical Account Specialists (CAS) direct reports; develop TM sales/negotiation proficiencies.
- Oversee proper use, budgetary allowance, and customer interactions of per diem clinical support.
- Develop/enhance clinical proficiency and certification of employees with the Clinical Education Manager (CEM).
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent (selection, performance management, succession/development/retention planning).
- Develop and execute commercial/field training/product and services marketing strategies and tactics.
- Execute customer relationship strategies; build strong customer relationships.
- Drive organizational development/change (e.g., Pod organizational model).
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute regional strategic plans; participate in national field projects.
- Create team engagement and motivation; infuse Credo/company culture.
- Ensure adherence to pricing/expense/compensation and healthcare compliance; assess market conditions to grow market share.
- Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and all regulatory/compliance requirements are followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- 5+ years of professional work experience required.
- 3+ years Sales/Marketing experience in US medical device industry required, or 2 years prior Sales Management experience in healthcare.
- Field trainer or project leadership experience required.
- 2+ years experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred.
- Capital selling experience preferred.
- Preference to live within the Region.
