Role: The Regional Accounts Associate Director (RAAD), Neuromuscular, is a hybrid, field-based position focusing on building partnerships, driving demand, and supporting clinical and reimbursement needs within the neuromuscular rare disease space. Responsibilities include managing account strategies across patient care pathways, ensuring compliance with product labeling and regulatory standards, educating stakeholders on clinical data, and facilitating seamless patient access and reimbursement. The role involves developing relationships with healthcare providers, institutional stakeholders, and payers to optimize treatment access, address barriers, and expand referral networks. It requires continuous territory assessment to identify growth opportunities and cross-functional collaboration to support patient onboarding, product delivery, and access processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or related fields, with experience supporting specialty or biologic therapy launches, familiarity with specialty pharmacy and Buy & Bill models, and deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, payer landscape, and patient access workflows. Strong account management skills with large health systems and exemplary communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking are essential. Experience in neuromuscular or rare disease therapies, field leadership, and cross-functional engagement are preferred. The role demands 60-80% travel within the assigned territory; candidates must reside near the territory, possess a valid driver’s license, and adhere to Covid-19 vaccination guidelines per customer site policies.
