Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Novartis Neuromuscular brands, ensuring all engagements align with approved labeling and comply with legal/regulatory/industry standards and ethical practices.
- Lead account management across the patient journey (enrollment through infusion where appropriate).
- Educate stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Partner with providers/institutions to develop tailored account strategies, managing treatment-center workflow end-to-end (enrollment through reimbursement and distribution) with a focus on service excellence.
- Build relationships with hospital staff/clinical leaders/access stakeholders; guide on insurance requirements and resolve access challenges.
- Use payer-specific coverage/access expertise to proactively identify and remove barriers to timely patient access.
- Assess territory dynamics to improve processes, expand networks/referral pathways, and support long-term growth.
- Coordinate site readiness, patient onboarding, product delivery, and reimbursement.
- Support the end-to-end prescription journey with coordination and exceptional customer experience.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar) with experience in payer/reimbursement landscapes and field leadership across dispersed geographies.
- Track record supporting specialty/biologic therapy launches; knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill; operational workflow and patient access expertise.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (within 5 years).
- Ability to manage complex high-impact accounts and lead through influence in a matrix environment.
- Strong business acumen; technology/digital engagement expertise.
- Exceptional communication, listening, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- 3+ years in rare disease or specialty biopharmaceutical commercialization with results against business objectives.
- Prior key account experience and cross-functional experience (Sales/Marketing/Medical/Market Access); strong institutional selling background; launch/indication expansion readiness.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary expected: $168,000โ€“$312,000/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity; comprehensive US benefits package and time off.
