Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of neuromuscular brands by ensuring all engagements comply with labeling, legal/regulatory/industry standards, and ethical practices.
- Lead account management across the patient journey (enrollment through infusion where appropriate).
- Educate stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Build tailored account strategies; manage full treatment-center workflow from enrollment through reimbursement/distribution with a focus on service excellence.
- Maintain relationships with hospital staff and access stakeholders; advise on insurance requirements and proactively address access challenges.
- Apply payer-specific coverage and access procedures; identify and resolve barriers to timely, uninterrupted product availability.
- Assess territory dynamics to improve processes, expand networks/referral pathways, and support long-term growth.
- Coordinate site readiness, onboarding, product delivery, and reimbursement with cross-functional partners.
- Support the end-to-end prescription journey with coordination and exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar), including meaningful payer/reimbursement engagement with geographically dispersed teams.
- Track record supporting specialty/biologic launches; knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill; strong patient access strategy and operational workflow knowledge.
- Strong US healthcare ecosystem understanding (within 5 years).
- Proven management of complex, high-impact accounts; ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
- Strong business acumen and expertise in technology/digital engagement.
- Exceptional communication, listening, relationship-building, strategic thinking.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of border; travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license.
Desirable:
- 3+ years in rare disease/specialty biopharma commercialization; consistent achievement of objectives.
- Experience supporting key accounts and cross-functional roles; neuromuscular institutional selling; launch/indication expansion readiness.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary expected: $168,000โ$312,000/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity (role-dependent). US-based eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package and time off.
