Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Neuromuscular brands in compliance with approved labeling and legal/regulatory/industry standards; uphold ethical communication.
- Lead account management across the patient journey (enrollment through infusion where appropriate).
- Educate stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Build tailored account strategies with providers/institutions; manage end-to-end treatment center workflow (enrollment, reimbursement, distribution) with service excellence.
- Maintain relationships with hospital staff and access stakeholders; guide on insurance requirements and proactively address access barriers.
- Use payer knowledge to identify and resolve coverage/access obstacles to ensure timely availability for eligible patients.
- Assess territory dynamics; optimize processes, expand treatment networks/referral pathways.
- Coordinate site readiness, patient onboarding, product delivery, and reimbursement with cross-functional teams.
- Support end-to-end prescription journey with coordination and exceptional customer experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 8+ yearsโ experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar), including engagement with payer/reimbursement landscapes.
- Track record supporting specialty/biologic launches; specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill familiarity; strong operational/workflow and patient access knowledge.
- Strong US healthcare ecosystem understanding.
- Proven ability managing complex high-impact accounts in matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen; technology/digital engagement expertise.
- Exceptional communication/listening, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of border); travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- 3+ years in commercialization of rare disease/specialty biopharmaceuticals.
- Experience supporting key accounts; cross-functional experience (Sales/Marketing/Medical/Market Access); neuromuscular institutional selling; launch/indication expansion readiness.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary expected: $168,000โ$312,000/year; performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity; US benefits including health/life/disability, 401(k) match, and time off.
