Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Neuromuscular brands with integrity, ensuring all engagements meet approved labeling and comply with legal/regulatory/industry standards.
- Lead account management across the patient journey (enrollment through infusion where appropriate).
- Educate key stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Partner with providers/institutions to develop tailored account strategies and manage full treatment-center workflow (enrollment through reimbursement/distribution), prioritizing service excellence.
- Build relationships with hospital staff and access stakeholders; guide insurance requirements and address access barriers.
- Use payer-specific coverage/access expertise to proactively remove barriers for eligible patients.
- Assess territory dynamics to optimize processes, expand networks/referral pathways, and support long-term growth.
- Coordinate site readiness, onboarding, delivery, and reimbursement with cross-functional partners.
- Support the end-to-end prescription journey with coordination, clarity, and exceptional customer experience.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (field leadership with geographically dispersed teams), including payer/reimbursement engagement.
- Track record supporting launch of specialty/biologic therapies; specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill familiarity; strong knowledge of workflows and patient access strategies.
- Strong US healthcare ecosystem understanding (within 5 years).
- Proven ability to manage complex high-impact accounts; lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and technology/digital engagement acumen.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles; travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- 3+ years in commercialization of rare disease/specialty biopharma with achievement of business objectives.
- Experience supporting key accounts; cross-functional background; neuromuscular institutional selling; launch/indication expansion preparation.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Expected salary range: $168,000โ€“$312,000/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity (role-dependent). US benefits include health/life/disability and 401(k) match, plus time off.

- Valid unrestricted driverโ€™s license required (driving is essential).
