Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth of Neuromuscular brands with integrity and compliance to labeling, legal/regulatory/industry standards.
- Lead account management across the patient journey (enrollment through infusion where appropriate).
- Educate stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Partner with providers/institutions on tailored account strategies; manage treatment center workflow from enrollment through reimbursement and distribution to ensure service excellence.
- Build relationships with hospital staff and access stakeholders; guide on insurance requirements and address access challenges.
- Maintain payer-specific expertise; identify and resolve coverage/access barriers to ensure timely availability for eligible patients.
- Assess territory dynamics to optimize processes and expand networks/referral pathways.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners on site readiness, onboarding, delivery, and reimbursement.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar with meaningful payer/reimbursement engagement.
- Track record supporting specialty/biologic launches; familiarity with specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill; knowledge of patient access strategies.
- Strong US healthcare ecosystem understanding (within 5 years).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-impact accounts; lead through influence in matrix environments.
- Strong business acumen and tech/digital engagement.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, relationship-building, strategic thinking.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Qualifications
- 3+ years in rare disease/specialty biopharma commercialization with results.
- Prior key account and cross-functional experience; neuromuscular institutional selling; launch/indication expansion experience.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary expected: $168,000β$312,000/year; performance cash incentive; possible equity; US comprehensive benefits and time off package.
