Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Novartis Neuromuscular brands with integrity, ensuring compliance with legal/regulatory/industry standards and approved labeling.
- Lead account management across the patient journey (enrollment through infusion where appropriate).
- Educate stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Partner with providers/institutions to develop tailored account strategies; manage end-to-end treatment center workflow (enrollment, reimbursement, distribution) with service excellence.
- Build relationships with hospital staff and access stakeholders; guide on insurance requirements and proactively address access challenges.
- Use payer coverage/access expertise to identify and resolve barriers to ensure timely product availability.
- Assess territory dynamics to optimize processes, expand networks/referral pathways, and support long-term growth.
- Coordinate site readiness, patient onboarding, product delivery, and reimbursement.
- Support the end-to-end prescription journey focused on coordination and customer experience.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar; payer/reimbursement landscape experience; field leadership across dispersed teams.
- Track record supporting specialty/biologic therapy launches; familiarity with specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill; strong operational/workflow and patient access knowledge.
- Strong US healthcare ecosystem knowledge within last 5 years.
- Proven experience managing complex high-impact accounts; influence leadership in matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen; technology/digital engagement.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, relationship-building, strategic thinking.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60โ€“80%; valid unrestricted driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- 3+ years rare disease/specialty biopharma commercialization; meet/exceed strategic objectives.
- Prior key account and cross-functional experience; institutional selling knowledge in neuromuscular; launch/indication expansion experience.

Driving is essential: must have a fully valid and unrestricted driverโ€™s license.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary expected: $168,000โ€“$312,000/year. Performance cash incentive; potential annual equity; health/life/disability, 401(k) with match, and time off package for US-eligible employees.
