Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Novartis Neuromuscular brands by ensuring compliant, ethical engagements aligned to approved labeling.
- Lead account management across the patient journey (enrollment through infusion as appropriate).
- Educate key stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Develop tailored account strategies with providers/institutions; manage end-to-end treatment center workflow (enrollment, reimbursement, distribution) with service excellence.
- Build relationships with hospital/clinical/access stakeholders; guide insurance requirements and address access challenges.
- Use payer-specific coverage/access expertise to identify and remove barriers to timely product availability.
- Assess territory dynamics to improve processes, expand treatment networks/referrals, and support long-term growth.
- Coordinate site readiness, onboarding, product delivery, and reimbursement.
- Support the end-to-end prescription journey with strong coordination and customer experience.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar) with payer/reimbursement landscape engagement and field leadership across dispersed teams.
- Track record supporting specialty/biologic launches; familiarity with specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill; knowledge of patient access strategies/workflows.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (within 5 years).
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-impact accounts; lead via influence in matrixed teams.
- Strong business acumen; technology/digital engagement expertise.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building; strategic, actionable planning.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- 3+ years rare disease or specialty biopharmaceutical commercialization; consistently meets/exceeds objectives.
- Cross-functional key account experience; institutional selling knowledge in neuromuscular; support launches/indication expansions.

Compensation/Benefits (US-based eligible employees):
- Salary expected: $168,000–$312,000/year. Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity. Comprehensive health/life/disability, 401(k) match, and time off.
