Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth of Novartis Neuromuscular brands in compliance with approved labeling and legal/regulatory/industry standards; maintain ethical communications.
- Lead account management across the patient journey, supporting enrollment through infusion as appropriate.
- Educate stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Develop tailored account strategies with healthcare providers to optimize resources and ensure seamless access by managing treatment-center workflows (enrollment, reimbursement, distribution) with service excellence.
- Build/maintain relationships with hospital staff and access stakeholders; guide insurance requirements and address access challenges.
- Use payer-specific coverage and access expertise to identify/resolve barriers to ensure timely product availability.
- Assess territory dynamics to optimize processes, expand networks/referrals, and support long-term growth.
- Coordinate site readiness, patient onboarding, product delivery, and reimbursement.
- Support end-to-end prescription journey with coordination, clarity, and exceptional customer experience.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar) with payer/reimbursement engagement; strong field leadership.
- Track record supporting specialty/biologic launches; knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill; operational workflows and patient access.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (within 5 years).
- Proven ability to lead complex high-impact accounts across cross-functional matrix teams.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, business acumen, and digital/technology engagement.
- Reside in territory (or within 50 miles); travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements
- 3+ years rare disease/specialty biopharma commercialization; achievements against objectives.
- Experience with key accounts and cross-functional roles; institutional neuromuscular experience.

Compensation
- Salary expected: $168,000โ€“$312,000/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity.

Driving is an essential function: unrestricted valid driverโ€™s license required.
