Key Responsibilities:
- Support accounts in the West region (TX, CA, AZ, OK, NM, CO, UT, NV, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, AK).
- Develop regional tactical plans to address managed markets issues and achieve/exceed sales and profitability goals; maintain/improve access at managed markets accounts.
- Understand and apply pricing/contracting, supply chain, and payor reimbursement; teach geographically aligned internal partners to develop a โ€œbest in classโ€ sales force.
- Lead strategic/tactical planning at Area, District, and Territory levels to drive business pull-through in assigned geographies.
- Develop preliminary contracting approaches for Respiratory products; maintain/improve access to achieve sales targets.
- Lead strategic account management across DME customers, hospitals, IDNs, ACOs, consultant pharmacists, and nursing homes/home health agencies; heavy focus on Lincare accounts.
- Build customer relationships; communicate to promote contract compliance and product use.
- Maintain updated account profiles and tracking information; monitor product usage trends.
- Keep contract information current (pricing, addenda, contract/member additions/deletions).
- Prospect for new business/accounts; promptly relay insights to the National Director and home office teams.
- Complete required paperwork and administrative tasks (e.g., expense reports, supply requests, account profiles, trainings).
- Analyze weekly/monthly sales results using SAP/PowerBI and Pivot Tables; interpret results and lead action plans.
- Communicate Respiratory opportunities/issues within the region; forge internal/external relationships.
- Develop and deliver presentations as needed; provide primary/secondary support to non-aligned regional accounts.
- Expect up to 50% travel.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) + 6 yearsโ€™ experience; 7+ years in pharma industry and Managed Markets preferred.
- Knowledge of pharma pricing/contracting, supply chain, and payor reimbursement; strong knowledge of customer accounts, products, and internal departments.
- Excellent analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; strong organization and time management.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension).
