Responsibilities:
- Support accounts in the West region (TX, CA, AZ, OK, NM, CO, UT, NV, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, AK).
- Develop regional tactical plans to address managed markets issues and achieve/exceed sales and profitability goals; maintain/improve access at regional accounts.
- Understand pricing/contracting, supply chain, and payor reimbursement; teach internal partners to build a โ€œbest in classโ€ sales force.
- Lead strategic and tactical plans at Area/District/Territory levels to drive business pull-through in assigned geographies.
- Develop preliminary contracting approaches for Respiratory products and maintain/improve access to support sales targets.
- Manage strategic accounts (DME, hospitals, IDNs, ACOs, consultant pharmacists, nursing homes/home health); heavy focus on Lincare accounts.
- Build customer relationships; promote contract compliance and product use; maintain customer account profiles/tracking.
- Monitor product usage trends; update contract information (pricing, addenda, add/deletions).
- Prospect for new business and promptly communicate to National Director/home office teams.
- Complete required paperwork/admin (expense reports, supply requests, trainings, etc.).
- Analyze weekly/monthly sales results using SAP/PowerBI/Pivot Table and develop action plans.
- Communicate Respiratory opportunities/issues; develop internal/external relationships; deliver presentations as needed; provide support to non-aligned regional accounts.
- Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) and 6+ yearsโ€™ experience (7+ preferred in pharma + managed markets).
- Knowledge of pharma industry: pricing/contracting, supply chain, payor reimbursement; strong customer/account and internal department knowledge.
- Strong analytical, written/verbal, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; relationship-building; strong organization/time management.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Compensation:
- Salary range: $132,000โ€“$198,000 (varies by skills, experience, location).
