Position: Regional Account Manager (RAM)

Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Serve as regional business owner focused on increasing HCP awareness and understanding of promoted Mirum products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders and customers; engage HCPs to create advocates
- Use an entrepreneurial, ownership-and-accountability mindset to maximize/exceed goals
- Understand Rare Disease healthcare trends and apply strategies to mitigate account access challenges
- Analyze business data to optimize growth and develop strategic, actionable business plans
- Demonstrate and enhance a culture of compliance, integrity, and transparency
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships across commercial, compliance, and medical affairs functions
- Drive change through influence and innovation

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- 5+ years progressive healthcare/biotech business experience, including 3 years field-based experience in account management, sales, and field reimbursement
- Successful biotech/pharma product launch experience
- Experience in rare/niche markets with a documented track record of exceeding goals
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred/Additional
- Solid GI/hepatology relationships strongly desired; pediatric experience welcomed
- Competitive marketplace experience preferred
- Experience working with hospitals, academic institutions, and clinics with interdisciplinary care teams
- Track record researching/problem-solving complex HCP-impacting issues while mitigating patient access barriers
- Proven record of success via teamwork and execution; operating per regulations and company policy
- High ethical and performance standards
- Approximately 60% travel (overnight as needed); some evenings/weekends for meetings and conferences

Location requirement:
- Must live in Northern California, Nevada, or Hawaii
