Position Summary:
- Regional Account Manager, New England (RAM) is a field role responsible for running business in the assigned region.
- Report to the Area Business Director, East. Develop and implement short- and long-term regional strategy focused on Geneticist, Endocrinology, and Metabolic Specialist customers.
- Identify key territory priorities; create and execute region business plans approved by the organization and fully compliant with all laws.
- Accountable for improving diagnosis rates for on-label indications in the region, growing sales, and partnering across the organization to meet goals.

Qualifications:
- Must reside in Upstate NY, RI, MA, VT, ME, or NH.
- Bachelorโs degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience; including 3 years field-based account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement.
- Strong preference: specialty/genetics/rare disease markets; product launch success (ideally first-in-class); rare disease patient journey navigation (diagnosis, referral pathways, access challenges); working in ambiguous environments with cross-specialty coordination; managing large multi-state geography.
- Ability to travel up to 70% overnight and maintain a valid driverโs license.
