Regional Account Manager- Metabolism (Northwest)

Role: Regional Account Manager responsible for promoting PTC’s products for metabolic diseases and PKU within assigned territories. Objectives include achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals and advocacy groups. Responsibilities encompass executing strategic business plans, promoting product benefits, supporting patient access and reimbursement, and collaborating across internal departments such as Medical, Marketing, and Patient Services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare; at least 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, including 3 years in rare disease or orphan drugs. Proven success in account management, exceeding sales goals, and navigating specialty markets is essential. HighValue: experience with high-cost specialty pharmaceuticals, orphan and rare disease markets, and extensive knowledge of reimbursement, patient access, and specialty distribution channels. Work setup: field-based with extensive travel up to 75%, including overnight and weekend travel; requires a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and ability to access medical facilities regularly.
