Position Summary
The Regional Account Manager, High Basin (RAM) is a key field position responsible for running their own business within the assigned region. Reporting to the Area Business Director, West, the RAM formulates regional strategy and short- and long-term business tactics focused on Geneticist, Endocrinology, and Metabolic Specialist customers. The RAM identifies key territory priorities, creates/implements organizationally approved and fully compliant business plans, improves diagnosis rates for all on-label indications, grows sales, and partners across the organization to meet goals.

Qualifications
- Must reside in Dallas-Fort Worth, West Texas & New Mexico
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience; includes 3 years field-based account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement
- Strongly preferred: specialty/genetics/rare disease market experience
- Proven product launch success (ideally first-in-class in competitive markets)
- Experience navigating complex rare disease patient journeys (diagnosis, referral pathways, access)
- Experience coordinating across specialties in ambiguous environments for patient identification
- Preferred: experience managing a large multi-state geography
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight) and maintain a valid driver’s license
