Regional Account Director - LA - Bakersfield - Central Valley CA

Role: Regional Associate Director - Health System & Population Health, responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans within IDNs and healthcare accounts to drive sales growth and remove barriers to product use. Responsibilities include managing integration and access, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and market analysis to support Bayer’s cardiovascular portfolio. The role emphasizes building relationships with healthcare decision-makers, advocating for Bayer products, and coordinating efforts across sales, medical, market access, and HEOR teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of pharma or healthcare account management experience; demonstrated ability to build stakeholder networks, develop strategic plans, and launch new products; excellent communication and collaboration skills; valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or business, and experience managing hospital and IDN accounts, particularly in establishing in-patient to out-patient protocols. The position is residence-based within the Los Angeles, Bakersfield, or Central Valley area, California, with travel expected within the territory. The role is aligned with Bayer's Pharmaceuticals division and focuses on cardiovascular and renal therapeutic areas.
