Region Associate Director (RAD), Neurology (Northwest)

Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Field Medical (FM) team: hiring/interviewing, onboarding/training, succession planning, performance management, coaching/mentoring, retention strategies, and talent development.
- Act as a Disease Area reference point: maintain DA/product/scientific knowledge and ensure compliant external/internal exchanges.
- Provide national-level medical leadership: develop/execute training initiatives; manage 2+ accounts via medical account plans and relationship orchestration.
- Manage stakeholders: coordinate scientific support, speaker program oversight (if applicable), partner across matrix teams, and manage external experts (thought leaders/TLs/HCPs).
- Drive customer-centric medical insights and medical planning/strategy contributions; develop Product/Region Field Medical Plans; input to medical product/disease state plans.
- Support clinical trial/site identification and pharmacovigilance (AE knowledge, reporting timelines, safety communication support).
- Ensure compliance with BMS Standards of Business Conduct/Ethics, PhRMA Code, ICH/GCP, and applicable FDA laws/regulations.

Required Experience/Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with neuroscience/mental health/Alzheimer’s (or broad medical) background and relevant pharma experience.
- Extensive knowledge/experience in healthcare and access environments.

Knowledge Desired
- Neurology/Alzheimer’s/mental health expertise; US healthcare system/pharma industry knowledge; trial design and compliance standards; strong communication/presentation; MS Office/business applications.

Experience Desired
- 8+ years clinical/pharma (including 6+ years Field Medical), leadership/people management, account management, national field medical initiatives, risk/compliance management, matrix success.

Travel Required
- Frequent travel, including to PPK home office.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- Field (US): $223,300–$270,581; health, wellbeing support, and financial protection benefits.
