Responsibilities:
- Perform calculations and generate reimbursement payments in compliance with executed agreements; manage assigned account responsibilities.
- Identify and develop information/process requirements; support data governance, business process management, controls, and data quality/accuracy.
- Analyze business/system/data questions; support problem resolution and variance analysis to ensure data completeness and payment accuracy; provide training and guidance.
- Support coordination and management of data/information resources; maintain documentation inventories; develop standard reporting/metrics; support compliance and audit reviews.
- Coordinate resources for cross-functional projects/activities.
- Translate contract attributes into correct rebate payment system set-up; ensure accurate, timely commercial and Medicare Part D payments (rebates, fees, chargebacks) including data validation and rebate calculations; adhere to audit/reporting requirements.
- Gather payer claim-level data, reconcile payer invoices, and perform payment analysis for contract compliance; conduct GPO roster/sales volume reconciliations, run superlist performance reports, calculate rebates; process rebates/fees in ModelN FLEX; support data requests (internal/external).
- Prepare documentation for internal/external audits.
- Support system/process improvements; perform production support testing and system user acceptance testing; assist with updating test scripts.
- Update rebate training materials and supporting QC checklists.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years contracts and pricing experience.
- 2+ years rebate processing experience in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, verbal/written communication, organization, and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a matrix environment.

Preferred:
- ModelN/Flex Revenue Manager experience.
- Experience with commercial contracting price protection methodologies.
