The role also involves managing relationships with patient advocacy groups, understanding reimbursement and regulatory frameworks like REMS, and utilizing analytics tools to track activity and outcomes. Potential future responsibilities include managing a field team. Qualifications include a Bachelorβs degree, 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with at least 3 years in specialty sales, preferably within neurology or rare neurological diseases. Key skills include clinical and business acumen, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred background features experience with neurology, rare diseases, product launches, REMS programs, and familiarity with academic health systems. The position requires up to 70% domestic travel, with a compensation range of $190,000-$230,000 plus incentives.
