Role: Field-based Hemophilia Account Specialist responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strategic, compliant relationships within assigned accounts, including Hemophilia Treatment Centers, hematologists, and multidisciplinary care teams. Objectives: promote Pfizer’s hemophilia therapies, support appropriate access, and improve patient care outcomes. Responsibilities: execute in-person customer engagement, deliver evidence-based product messaging, identify treatment opportunities, assist with reimbursement and access barriers, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8+ years with an associate’s degree, 10+ with high school diploma), minimum 3 years in pharma/biotech sales, marketing, or healthcare provider engagement, and valid US driver’s license. Preferred skills include 3–5 years of specialty sales experience in hemophilia, strong understanding of disease states and biologics, KOL engagement, and digital proficiency (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom). High-value specifics: focus on hemophilia, biologics, specialty reimbursement, and complex disease management; work within the US, specifically Missouri and Northern Arkansas, with travel required to all accounts within the territory, potentially overnight. The role is remote-field based, emphasizing in-person and digital engagement strategies, with an emphasis on compliance and evidence-based education.
