How you will contribute:
- Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts, sales in outpatient infusion centers and hospitals, and patient retention on Takeda augmentation treatment.
- Conduct customer engagements: sales presentations, technical/administrative product information, and education on neuromuscular conditions and Takeda support resources.
- Understand office influence points affecting diagnosis, treatment, and Rx/referral/order.
- Participate in community education events and conferences for HCPs and patients.
- Educate HCPs (Allergy/Immunology, Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, select Internal Medicine/Primary Care, Neurologists) on Takeda brands for Primary Immune Deficiency and CIDP.
- Analyze local/regional market trends to set long/short-term goals and drive business planning.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Patient Services, Alternate Site Team, Integrated Health Systems, Market Access, and National Accounts.
- Work compliantly in a matrix environment handling confidential patient information.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelorβs (BS/BA).
- 3+ years selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Strong verbal/written communication; ability to influence decision makers; strategic business acumen; territory/account management; payer access/reimbursement understanding; adaptability; learning agility; reside in/near territory.
Licenses/Travel:
- Valid Driverβs License; drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (up to 25β50%).
Compensation/benefits (if applicable):
- USA MN virtual: $66.11β$90.91 hourly range; may be eligible for short-term incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well-being; up to 80 hours sick time; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires).
Training requirements:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
