Responsibilities:
- Manage all business activities in assigned geography; achieve sales goals via brand strategies.
- Focus call points on target physicians; support HCP education to enable early diagnosis and/or treatment of Lysosomal Storage Disorders (LSD).
- Conduct in-depth business planning; deliver appropriate disease-state and product education across territory.
- Educate and inform HCPs on LSD portfolio: signs/symptoms, differential diagnosis, and appropriate Takeda treatment options.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and maximize business outcomes.
- Analyze market data to prioritize opportunities; attend conferences/exhibits and execute disease-state/product programs.
- Integrate/prioritize approved sales leads and tactics; partner with and motivate extended team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Demonstrated marketplace acumen and consistent sales success; strategic territory management.
- Complex sales model experience; multidisciplinary team collaboration required.
- Rare disease experience preferred; complex sales model required.
Travel/Training (as stated):
- Live in territory; evenings/weekends as needed; ~50% travel.
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
Compensation/Benefits (explicitly listed):
- NJ (Virtual) hourly wage range: $66.11β$90.91.
