Role: Rare Disease Business Manager for Gattex at Takeda, focused on gastroenterology rare diseases, managing sales and marketing efforts in the West region. Responsibilities: execute product marketing plans, communicate product value within compliance, build relationships with healthcare professionals treating Short Bowel and Ulcerative Colitis, analyze market trends, and coordinate with internal teams and patient services. Requirements: BA/BS, 3+ years of successful pharma, biotech, or medical device sales experience; or 2+ years at Takeda with 5+ years preferred; strong therapeutic discussion skills; excellent communication; residing near the territory; adaptable to changing needs. Preferred: experience with specialty injectables, managed care, gastroenterology, orphan drugs, and complex data analysis; strategic planning skills; team collaboration. Qualifications: valid US driver’s license, mandatory product training, and compliance with licensing.
