Rare Disease Account Manager (RAM) for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases (field based) covering the Jacksonville territory (Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Gainesville, Valdosta, St. Augustine).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive territory sales performance and product demand to meet or exceed sales forecasts within the Local Healthcare Market (LHM) by building/sustaining relationships with customers and influencing key stakeholders.
- Use company-approved marketing resources to demonstrate clinical value; leverage payer acumen to educate on patient access and affordability.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative market data to assess opportunities and priorities.
- Build LHM-specific business and account plans to drive growth.
- Set local strategy and collaborate with cross-functional LHM field partners to drive alignment and ensure priorities are set appropriately.
- Collaborate to gain formulary status for key health systems/centers of excellence; influence stakeholders (including C&D suite) to drive adoption and pull-through.
- Build/strengthen relationships with LHM partners (e.g., local infusion service providers).
- Support critical educational initiatives within the LHM.
- Manage the territory budget.
- Develop future thought leaders in the field with TLLs.
- Execute work with high compliance and demonstrate JJIM Values.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS minimum.
- Required: 5+ years field pharmaceutical sales; 3+ years specialty sales and/or key account management. Ability to sell collaboratively; high clinical/product/business acumen; proven high sales performance and leadership; plan/organize/execute sales strategy; adapt to change; travel up to 75%; live in geography and/or willing to relocate.
- Preferred: Experience with managed care/large institutions; rare disease experience (neurology/hematology); prioritize business drivers and align partners; peer leadership/mentorship/coaching; superior communication and follow-through.
