Rare Disease Account Manager (RAM) for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases (field-based) covering the Boston South–Rhode Island territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed sales objectives in the Local Healthcare Market (LHM); build trusted customer relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Own the total market: develop and execute strategy to identify patient opportunities, drive demand, and remove fulfillment barriers.
- Use approved marketing resources to demonstrate clinical value; use payer acumen for patient access and affordability options.
- Analyze qualitative/quantitative market data; set LHM-specific business and account plans.
- Set local strategy and collaborate with cross-functional LHM field partners (TLL, ABS, FRM, KAM, MSL) to drive alignment.
- Work to gain formulary status with key health systems/centers of excellence; influence adoption across stakeholders.
- Build relationships with LHM partners (e.g., local infusion providers) and support educational initiatives.
- Manage territory budget; develop future thought leaders with TLL.
- Execute with high compliance and demonstrate JJIM Values.

Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS minimum.
- Required: 5+ years field pharmaceutical sales; 3+ years specialty sales and/or key account management; collaborative selling; strong clinical/product/business acumen; proven sales performance/leadership; planning and execution of sales strategy; adaptability; travel up to 75%; must live in or relocate to the geography.
- Preferred: Managed care/large institution or equivalent; rare diseases experience (neurology/hematology); prioritizing business drivers and aligning partners; peer leadership/mentorship/coaching; superior communication and follow-through.
