Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) β field-based/remote role supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own business for prescribing/referring physicians; drive relationships and create/execute territory business plans (disease education, product value propositions, treatment protocols, customer programs).
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain and grow key account partner relationships in line with target priorities and compliant with company policies.
- Use customized tools/strategies to engage HCP targets within territory accounts and establish RLT as the partner of choice across community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Demonstrate strong self-awareness, learning mindset, leadership by example, and willingness to challenge status quo to optimize execution.
- Communicate clearly and compellingly; handle objections effectively; close calls with commitment to action.
- Maintain deep understanding of territory market/competitors/segments/product-clinical data; anticipate changes to optimize execution.
- Develop and execute call plans to achieve goals and improve access/sales opportunities; promote a highly technical and innovative portfolio.
- Use sales data reporting tools with customer insights to identify territory/customer growth opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales) with large geographically dispersed sales teams (last 5 years).
- 1+ year experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ year experience (last 5 years) in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutics.
- Proven collaboration and cross-functional work in matrix; strong clinical product communication; consistent high performance; experience selling to large accounts/key segments.
- Self-starter with analytical/problem-solving skills and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

- Expected salary range: $145,600β$270,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity eligibility; US benefits include health/life/disability and 401(k) with company match; time off package (vacation/personal days/holidays/other leaves).
