Radioligand Therapies (RLT) Sales Specialist, Prostate – New Mexico/West Texas

Role: Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist supporting prostate cancer care through diagnostic and therapeutic portfolio promotion. Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with prescribing physicians, develop business plans, execute disease education, support product access, and implement competitive strategies within assigned territories. Engage with healthcare providers across community and academic hospitals to establish RLT as the preferred partner, delivering clinical value propositions, and improving treatment access. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sales, with at least 1 year in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, or complex therapeutics; experience in prostate or neuroendocrine tumors; strong cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement skills; valid driver’s license with ability to travel 60-80%. Preferred: experience with medical devices, diagnostics, or market access, and understanding of reimbursement pathways. High-Value: prostate cancer, nuclear medicine, radioligand therapy, complex account management, and field-based roles with significant travel. Work setup: field-based, remote, within accessible territory, with initial training required.
