Radioligand Therapies (RLT) Sales Specialist, Prostate – New Mexico/West Texas

Role: Field-based Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Oncology Specialist supporting prostate cancer treatment. Responsibilities: drive demand, develop strategic business plans, build relationships with referral and prescribing physicians across diagnostics and therapeutics; promote RLT platform, facilitate clinical dialogue, support product access, and implement market strategies; employ customized tools for engagement; analyze market landscape and competitor activity; execute call plans to achieve sales and access goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in healthcare, biotech, or pharma sales, with at least 1 year in oncology, urology, or nuclear medicine; experience selling complex therapeutics, particularly in prostate or neuroendocrine tumors; strong cross-functional collaboration, clinical communication skills, proven high performance, and territory management; capable of extensive travel (60-80%) within accessible territory; valid driver’s license; residence within or near assigned geography. Preferred: experience with therapeutic launches, market access, buy-and-bill, reimbursement strategies, and medical calling on HCPs.
