Radioligand Therapies (RLT) Sales Specialist, Prostate – New Mexico/West Texas

Role: Field-based Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) supporting prostate cancer treatment, focusing on driving demand, strengthening referral networks, and promoting the RLT platform across diagnostic and therapeutic portfolios. Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with prescribing and referring physicians; develop and execute territory business plans; support product access, implement competitive strategies, and promote clinical value propositions; utilize customized tools to engage healthcare professionals and establish RLT as a preferred partner in community and academic hospitals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in healthcare or pharma sales, with at least 1 year in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, or complex therapeutics; experience with prostate or neuroendocrine tumors, buy-and-bill therapies strongly preferred; proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate complex clinical data effectively, and navigate large accounts.
