Role: Field-based Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Oncology Specialist supporting prostate cancer care through diagnostic and therapeutic portfolio promotion. Objectives include driving demand, strengthening referral/treatment networks, and establishing RLT as a preferred treatment option. Responsibilities encompass managing prescribing and referral relationships, executing territory business plans, delivering disease education, supporting product access, and implementing competitive strategies. The role involves collaborating with Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiation Oncologists to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or complex sales within last 5 years; minimum 1-year experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, or related therapeutics; strong cross-functional collaboration, clinical communication, and account management skills; ability to travel 60-80%, with a valid driver’s license. Preferred: experience with prostate cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, buy-and-bill therapeutics, or market access strategies.
