Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design and implementation of solutions for clinical operations, ensuring alignment with architecture strategy and governance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clinical experts to understand functional and technical requirements and challenges.
- Streamline and simplify existing architectures; deliver reusable services and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other domains to ensure complete, operable solutions aligned with business processes.
- Provide clear leadership for clinical development architecture within projects.
- Evaluate product usefulness and cost in supplier selection.
- Create and maintain current and target-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Establish strategic direction, choose technologies, and define settings standards for the clinical development domain.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Good understanding of IT technologies, data types, and ontologies at Sanofi R&D.
- Extensive background in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of Clinical domain processes/workflows.
- Enthusiastic about digitalization for the Clinical community.
- Global/multi-cultural experience; strong vendor relationship management.
- Solid Solution Architecture experience (5โ8 years).
- Experience ensuring compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR in IT solution design/implementation.
Skills:
- Translate functional requirements into technical/solution design aligned with business goals.
- Excellent written/oral communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Sanofi standards technologies: Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, OpenShift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, Azure.
- Team collaboration; reliable, deadline-driven delivery.
Education:
- Bachelorโs and/or Masterโs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or similar (required).
