Quality Strategy & Innovation

Role: Lead site Quality Transformation & Innovation, focusing on strategic planning, capability building, and continuous improvement to enhance Quality performance, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: develop and execute Quality transformation roadmap, partner across functions to drive initiatives, leverage data and digital tools, identify capability gaps, support digital transformation and Agile deployment, promote a quality-first culture, and manage stakeholder communications. Requirements: Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing; strong understanding of cGMP, quality systems, and lean operations; experience leading transformation or improvement projects; knowledge of digital/data-driven initiatives preferred. High-Value: pharmaceutical manufacturing (biologics or biotech), Quality leadership, transformation, continuous improvement, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration. Work Setup: based in GA, USA; full-time, on-site with potential for extended hours and working in controlled environments.
