Quality Manager, USA

Role: Quality Manager supporting US affiliate operations and serving as back-up Local Quality Officer for CSL Behring. Objectives: ensure compliance with local GMP/GDP regulations, support Quality System operations, and facilitate quality activities across warehousing, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing. Responsibilities: manage deviations, product complaint processes, recalls, counterfeit investigations, and quality agreements; oversee inspection readiness and continuous improvement initiatives; support global and local quality policies, SOPs, and regulatory updates; liaise with global supplier quality and global logistics. Requirements: bachelor’s in science or business; minimum 5 years GMP quality experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related fields, with familiarity in GDP systems preferred; effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills; comfortable working in a global, matrix environment. Competencies: enterprise results focus, customer orientation, collaboration and influencing, strategic and innovative thinking, change management, and analytical skills; proficiency with SAP is advantageous.
