Role Summary

QC Systems Integration - Product Manager

As a QC Systems Integration - Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that enhance QC operations and data integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement products that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a product roadmap for QC integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand QC workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Partner with technical teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for QC data integration.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Required: Proven experience in product management, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
  • Required: Strong understanding of QC workflows, data integration, and related technologies.
  • Required: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Required: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferred: Experience with LIMS or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data analytics, visualization tools, or AI/ML applications in laboratory settings.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Preferred: Experience in Agile environments and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
